Hello parents and guardians! If anyone has any supermarket flyers lying around that they could donate for a math activity tomorrow and Monday, we would appreciate it!

On Wednesday, November 25th we will be having our first Fifth Grade Cove Coffee Shop. The students have chosen a fall poem to present to the class on Wednesday, or they have written their own. They should be practicing their poem this week so that they feel confident next week when they recite it in front of the class. The other students will snap in appreciation and support for their classmates. We will enjoy some "coffee" (hot chocolate) and a few treats. Please contact Sue McLane or Leslie Davidson, our wonderful room parents, if you'd like to help out. We'll be reciting at around 11:00 if you'd like to join us. Dismissal is at 12:00 that day.
Thanks to those of you who have signed up for a conference on Sign Up Genius. There are plenty of good spots still available if you haven't chosen a day and time yet. If none of the remaining times work for you, let me know and we'll find a different time.
There's a student council meeting on Tuesday 11/10 from 2-3 in room B21. We're traveling to the Cove School vernal pool with Kestrel environmental education on Friday. Please dress your child appropriately and apply tick repellent at home. |
